Ice Turtle and Rain Turtle: 2 Year Warranty
Fly Turtle: 1 Year Warranty
We warranty the outer shell of the Ice Turtle and Rain Turtle products for two years and the FlyAway Turtle for one year from the date of purchase. This includes horse bites, rips, tears, or punctures from normal wear and tear including horse play. This warranty is for the outer shell only and does not cover buckles, straps, elastic, binding, or the inner lining. These products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will provide years of service if properly cared for.
Limitations and Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover punctures or tears caused by barbwire, nails, metal fencing or other sharp objects.

Damage caused by exposure to fire or extreme heat that causes the fabric to melt will void the warranty.

This warranty does not cover leaks caused by abuse or improper washing.
TurtleNeck will repair or replace any product that is defective or fails to perform as described above. Claims are resolved at the discretion of TurtleNeck Horse Clothing. If your product is damaged and not covered under the warranty we will offer you a discount of 50% off the retail price on a replacement.
Filing a Claim:
To file a claim on your product please contact a customer service representative via email at info@turtleneckinfo.com or call our toll free number (888) 371-1519 and we will be happy to assist you. Please have the following information available:
Your Name
- Phone number or email address
- Product ID (located inside front flap)
- Purchased from
- Date of purchase
- Receipt Number
- A description of the damage caused to the product.
Note: The damaged product may need to be returned to the address listed below. The product must be thoroughly washed and cleaned before it is returned. If the blanket or sheet is dirty it can pose a health risk to our employees and will therefore void the warranty.
