We all know the trouble a new foal can get into. That is why we designed the Little Turtle with safety and comfort in mind. All buckles are 2” high impact quick release buckles. It has a warm belly band and rear leg straps to keep it in the proper position. The TurtleNeck stretch features will keep the wind and rain out and give your foal complete freedom of movement.
